Africa 2014 Update 6

Apr 12, 2014 | International Updates

I’m so thankful to be well enough this spring to go with our MTS training team to Kigali, Rwanda. It’s such a miracle! Pastor Christopher Coffman, Nicole Larson, and myself head out for East Africa tomorrow… we’ll meet up with our MTS team from Uganda and Steve’s team from S. Sudan to pray and strategize Monday in order to begin the trainings Tuesday morning. Pray for our brothers and sisters from Congo who will be coming to Rwanda with us to share in our time together—for their safety as they travel and for the time to be refreshing and renewing for them. We do this work together!

“O Christ!
When you died, you broke the wall that divided us from God:
you struck it, you cracked it, you tore it apart—
you made a door of that which had been death before.

And the sign was that ‘the veil of the temple was rent in twain,
from the top to the bottom,’
and the mercy seat was made open to my approach.”
