How often are orders fulfilled?

Orders are fulfilled each business day based on the orders placed the previous day (or over the weekend).


How soon will I receive my order?

Orders ship the business day following their placement and are shipped using USPS 3-day Priority Mail.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Please provide the most accurate and thorough address possible.


Do you accept returns?

We accept returns if a customer initiates the return within 14 days of their purchase and provided the item is in new, unused condition.


How do I initiate a return?

You can initiate a return by emailing orders@mendingthesoul.org, providing your order number and information on the item(s) you would like to return. Your returned item(s) can then be shipped to:

How can I receive a tracking number?

Tracking numbers can be retrieved by emailing orders@mendingthesoul.org.


Can I get MTS brochures sent to me?

Yes! Email orders@mendingthesoul.org requesting the number of brochures and providing the appropriate mailing address for delivery.


What if my order was fulfilled incorrectly?

Please email orders@mendingthesoul.org describing the incorrect order. We will send the corrected materials to you in the next shipment, and included will be a return label for returning the incorrect order components.


How can I place an order online if the website is not accepting my form of payment?

Please call (866) 535-5044, select extension 705, and let us know about the issue you are having placing an online order. Alternatively, you can email orders@mendingthesoul.org providing your phone number, and a member of our customer service team will call to assist you with your online purchase.
