Mending the Soul transforms individuals and organizations by training leaders first, allowing them to experience their own healing before walking others through small groups. Every month we offer many online trainings for both existing and new, prospective facilitators.

Mending the Soul Basic Facilitator Training ($135)
This four-week online training forum gives valuable skills, direction and tools to those interested in facilitating Mending the Soul small groups. We will walk through everything from education on basic trauma and story exercises to the nuts and bolts of running a group.

Mending the Soul Basic + Adolescent Module Online Training ($160)
The adolescent module training adds one week of training onto the basic course. This FIVE-week online training forum will add to the basic training by way of educating facilitators on how to lead a group of young people using our Mending the Soul Student Edition book.

Princess Lost & Found Online Training ($299)
If you are serving individuals with complex trauma, such as human trafficking survivors, this 10-week training is for you. It is experiential, practical, and interactive. You will be trained in Mending the Soul’s Princess Lost & Found model to respond to complex trauma using our proven mentor model.

Vulnerable Child Online Training: Parents ($50)
This four-week class will provide training using our newest curriculum, Caring for the Vulnerable Child. This course allows parents from around the world to be connected to valuable educational information for raising children with trauma, tips and tools for parenting, along with supportive and engaging discussion boards.

Vulnerable Child Online Training: Facilitators ($150)
Our newest curriculum, Caring for the Vulnerable Child, is out and we need facilitators for small groups!  This four-week class will provide educational materials for pastors, parents, church leaders who hope to use Caring for the Vulnerable Child in their community. We will train you in how to teach the new curriculum, provide tools for running small groups of both parents and children, and host discussions to help you prepare for facilitating.

Vulnerable Child Educator Course ($100)
Learn how to support your students with trauma while earning continuing education credits! The Vulnerable Child Educator Course provides educators with an understanding of the impact of trauma on students, their learning, and their behavior in the classroom. This course provides strategies for creating trauma-informed classrooms and focuses on the importance of self-care for educators.
