Can’t find a facilitator in your area?
Mending the Soul does not manage, organize, oversee, or supervise facilitators or groups. We create resources to educate and support facilitators. This means we cannot always guarantee a connection with someone in your area.
We recommend “pioneers” who can’t find a group in their area and have a heart to start a group take the following steps:
Complete our free, online, self-paced Discover course.
- Read Mending the Soul: Understanding and Healing Abuse.
- Register for our Mending the Soul Basic Facilitator Training.
- Find at least one other person to work through the Mending the Soul small group materials with. All persons in the “group” should be the same gender, and need to be willing to take their own personal healing journey. This will be your Mending the Soul small group.
- If you don’t have a safe person or group to do this with, you may also go through the Mending the Soul Workbook with a counselor or therapist you trust.
